1. Account Ownership

Each LiveFusion.live account must be personally owned and managed by the registered creator or authorized representative. Shared or transferred credentials are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.

2. Founding Creator Enforcement

Founding Creators are VIP by default and hold full premium privileges. Lending or sharing credentials to grant unauthorized access to premium tiers results in immediate and permanent termination of Founding status. The vacant Founding slot will be reassigned to the next verified creator with 350,000+ followers.

3. Creator Monetization

All creators are entitled to instant earnings based on tier eligibility:

• 🏆 Founding Creators: 80% revenue share for 1 year
• 🌟 VIP Creators (350,000+ followers): 70% revenue share
• 🎥 Mid-Level Creators: 80% revenue share for $50–$100 tiers only

4. Fan Interaction & Safety

LiveFusion maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, hate speech, or exploitation of any kind. All fan calls, chats, and live sessions are subject to moderation review and secure logging.

5. Platform Rights

LiveFusion reserves the right to terminate or suspend any account, at any time, for violations of these terms or for actions deemed harmful to the integrity, reputation, or security of the platform.

6. Data & Privacy

User data is securely encrypted and never sold or shared with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data protection and handling.

7. Agreement

By continuing to use LiveFusion.live, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all Terms of Service, Privacy, and Creator Policy guidelines established by LiveFusion.live.
